Independent Specialist Report on Croydon Project
RSM Corporate Australia Pty Ltd commissioned SRK to prepare an independent specialist’s report, incorporating a technical assessment and valuation of Crater Gold Mining Limited’s base metal, graphite and gold exploration assets comprising the Croydon project in Queensland, Australia. The report was prepared under the guidelines of the VALMIN Code (2015), which incorporates the JORC Code (2012).
SRK conducted a high-level review of the available technical information supporting Crater’s projects, including historical estimates of quantities and grades. SRK also reviewed the project’s geology, mineral resources, exploration, and project risks to determine the validity of such information from a valuation perspective. A report was then prepared including a valuation of mineral resources and exploration potential.
