We are seeking a In-house Legal Counsel.
We are seeking in-house counsel to be based in our Vancouver, Canada office.
We are currently looking to add another lawyer to our team. Reporting to Senior Counsel, the ideal candidate will have one to five years of broad corporate and commercial experience. Exposure and familiarity with professional services (engineering/construction) and mining is highly preferred. As legal counsel you will be responsible for contract review and management, legal research and other activities based on prior experience and interest. Those with an interest or experience in management of corporate minute books, regulatory compliance programs are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation skills. You will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment while providing exceptional client service and legal work.

The estimated base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000. The salary offered will be commensurate with relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.
