Adilbek Baigabelov

Adilbek possesses a Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree from the Camborne School of Mines, UK and a Master of Science in Metallurgical and Mineral Processing Engineering from the Montana Technological University, MT, USA. Adilbek has practical experience in working as a mining engineer at an underground iron ore mine in Kazakhstan and as a plant metallurgist at a gold processing plant and refinery in Alaska, USA as part of the internship programmes. During his academic time in Montana Technological University Adilbek was employed as a graduate research assistant and worked on plastics separation project gaining experience in froth flotation and gravity separation. Since joining SRK in 2021 Adilbek worked on a number of Scoping, Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies for iron, gold, lithium, copper and limestone projects in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and United Arab Emirates. Adilbek has experience in metallurgical accounting, fire assay, plant operations, processing and infrastructure cost estimations, flowsheet development and is an experienced user of Raman spectroscopy analysis, Stabcal and AggFlow.
