Andy has a doctoral degree in Environmental Engineering from Florida State University. He has particular expertise in environmental due diligence reviews, environmental compliance and impact assessments for mining, mineral processing, refining, smelting and infrastructure/hydropower project. He has wide work experiences in compliance with internationally recognized environmental requirements, such as Equator Principles (EP), World Bank/International Finance Corporation (IFC), and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) legislations, etc. Furthermore, he also has extensive experience in contaminated site assessments and remedial design, wetland and landfill rehabilitation, water/wastewater treatment design, water distribution systems, and storm water management system design.
