Anirban is a mining engineer with nearly 10 years of experience spanning both the Mining Industry and Consulting Sectors, and holds a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering.
His experience includes both mine operation and planning. As an operational engineer, he has worked in underground metal mines in different capacities. Anirban has hands on experience in decline and level developments in underground mines. During his work in Rampura Agucha Mine of Vedanta he has worked as shift in charge responsible for productivity, safety, machinery utilisation. He has been in close association in working with international contractors. As a planner he has worked in planning of blast designs for underground development and stope.
In SRK he has been actively involved in planning and designing for mining projects. He has prepared Pre-Feasibility level Detailed Project report for underground project and Open pit Project. He has worked in various Due Diligence project of coal blocks and iron ore blocks auctioning in India. He has worked for selection of Mine Operator for an Opencast coal projects. He has worked as Owners Engineer in Underground Coal Mine during Incline drivages and Shaft Sinking. He has prepared Techno-Economic Model for various mining projects.
