Ariel has experience in well drilling, monitoring, conceptual and numerical modelling, and team management. He is characterised by a holistic view of the process of extraction and sustainable use of crustal fluids, from early exploration to the drilling, development and sustainable management of aquifers and reservoirs.
In recent years as hydrogeology superintendent, he has overseen multidisciplinary teams of professionals and consultants (hydrogeology, modelling, hydrology, monitoring, operations, and resource management) leading reporting and environmental compliance initiatives, as well as operational follow-up of extraction works through the use of modelling and monitoring tools.
