Before relocating to Canada, Darryl spent 6 years in South Africa, where he managed open pit mining operations and contributed to the construction industry, primarily related to large diameter pipelines and pump stations.

Darryl's experience spans diverse projects across Canada, the United States, Mexico, Chile, Suriname, and South Africa.
