Cari has over 18 years of civil engineering experience for commercial land development and mining operations.

His project experience in hydrogeological investigations includes characterization and evaluation of groundwater regimes, assessment of mine dewatering and depressurization, and development and management of groundwater resources for both underground and open pit mines.

His experience in stress measurement programs includes on-site testing using hydraulic mini frac or hydrojacking tests, analysis, and the interpretation of the test values as input to rock mechanics design of pressure tunnels and underground ground support.
