Diane has extensive experience in geotechnical investigation, domaining, modelling and provision of geotechnical design parameters. She is experienced in characterisation and design in soil, saprolite, soft rock, strong rock and anisotropic rock, with incorporation of hydrogeology and structural geology inputs. Her projects have included conceptual and feasibility studies, training, support for operating mines, as well as geotechnical review for due diligence projects. She has worked on secondment to mining companies performing both technical and management roles. Diane has also conducted geotechnical site characterisation for underground operations and civil and mining infrastructure projects.
