Diego has been in the mining industry for over a decade working directly with operations and projects from design stage and construction. During this time Diego has developed technical expertise in geotechnical mapping, rock mass characterization, site investigation, tunnel stability, ground control, mining methods, backfill applications, ground support, remediation and geotechnical modelling. His catalogue includes studies from conceptual stage and scoping, up to FS and due diligence; additionally, he has collaborated in some NI43-101 reports and authored a technical paper. Diego is based in SRK’s Denver office, and he is an SME professional registered member.
