Dmitry is a Chartered Processing Engineer (AusIMM) with experience across precious metals mining and metallurgy, acquired through operational management, engineering, capital equipment supplies and consulting roles. He has managed as a Processing Director for 12 plant operations with more than 1 MOz gold per year production.
His experience includes comminution circuit design, base metal flotation, gold metallurgy, uranium leaching, iron ore beneficiation, flotation, gravitation, and hydrometallurgical processes as well as undertaking pilot plant campaigns, laboratory test work and plant process commissioning. Dmitriy has completed projects within Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). He has undertaken numerous mining studies ranging from scoping through to front end engineering design as well as plant commissioning and major restart projects
