Gouri Shankar has a broad range of technical background, including planning and managing the advanced exploration projects, data review, checking QAQC protocols, 3D geological modelling using specialised software, geostatistical analysis and Mineral Resource estimation. He has worked in different Due Diligence Studies, Technical Audit projects and is conversant with International Public Reporting Codes (like JORC Code 2012) for reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.
Prior to joining SRK in 2017, he was involved in different Bauxite and Iron ore projects in India and abroad. In these years he has performed the role of exploration geologist, including preparation of Geological investigation/exploration report for further planning and analysis.
Gouri Shankar is a regular user of geomodelling software like Leapfrog, Datamine, Surpac and geostatistical software like Snowden Supervisor.
