Hayden specialises in 3D geological modelling, interpretation of structurally complex mineral deposits, and estimation of Mineral Resources in accordance with International Reporting Standards. Hayden is an accomplished resource modeller and is an expert user of several cutting-edge geological modelling and geostatistical software packages, including Leapfrog Geo and Edge. He has an in-depth knowledge of Mineral Resource Estimation and has acted as a technical lead for numerous resource mandates, ranging from exploration properties to established operating mines, with a wealth of experience on orogenic gold deposits in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Hayden has experience across a diverse range of commodities and deposit styles, including precious metals, base metals, Ni-Cu-PGE, phosphate, and other industrial mineral deposits, predominantly in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. He has applied his skills to a diverse range of technical studies, from geological and grade modelling for Mineral Resource estimation and mine planning purposes, to due diligence, technical reviews, grassroots, and near-mine drill programme planning, as well as project managing multi-disciplinary technical studies.
