With over 13 years of experience, Heather understands the key to a safe and stable TSF – and that is water. She is experienced in modelling surface water and assessing soil-water interactions such as slope stability, dam breaches and erosion. Heather finds solutions to challenging problems. Some of her recent projects include the design of an integrated TSF and hydropower facility in Papua New Guinea, and a 1,000-year post-closure landform evolution model for a TSF in South Australia. Heather is a Chartered Professional Engineer and holds a Master of Engineering Science (Civil) from UNSW.
