Hugo has over 23 years of experience in mine planning, mining operations, and contract management.
Hugo's technical strengths are in project evaluation, mineral reserves estimation, mining planning, mining/project reviews and audits. He has worked in a range of roles including mine design and management of teams of planning and geology of open pit and underground mines. In this role, he completed a series of feasibility studies, updating mineral resources and mineral reserves in accordance with the requirements of NI 43-101 and JORC code.
He has relevant experience in highly mechanized mining methods, such as sublevel stoping, room and pillar, sublevel retreat, narrow veins mining methods, retreat mining -VRM with paste fill, and open pit mines.
Hugo is a competent and qualified person for mineral reserves according to JORC and NI 43-101.
