Through management of multi-disciplinary teams, he has been directly involved in the authoring of Independent Engineer’s Reports and Competent/Qualified Persons’ Reports covering bulk commodities, base metals, precious metals, and other minerals worldwide. He has assisted numerous mineral companies, financial institutions, and legal institutions in securing regulatory approvals for IPOs, GDRs, ADRs, and other secondary filings on the main international exchanges.
Historically, he has provided direct input to the formation of mineral valuation codes and reporting codes and, at the request of securities regulators and professional institutions, he has provided authoring and review input to stock exchange reporting requirements.
