Javier is a Consultant in Civil Engineering and Mining Infrastructure, having worked in the Mendoza office of SRK Consulting (Argentina) and now relocated to SRK Consulting (Australasia) in Perth.
Javier has a PhD in Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete. He has experience with self-compacting concrete, ultra-high performance fibre concrete, and polypropylene fibre reinforced concrete.
He has worked on designing closure plans, closure cost estimates and construction procedures for closure. Javier has participated in mining projects in Argentina, Australia, Armenia, Chile, Peru, and Mexico.
