John’s background includes over eight years’ experience in the mining industry, managing geotechnical and hydrogeological investigation programmes for open pit and underground feasibility and design projects.
John specializes in the application of numerical simulation, statistical analysis, and data science to characterize risks and uncertainties in geotechnical and hydrogeological designs. At SRK he has overseen geotechnical and hydrogeological projects throughout Canada as well as in West Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia for both open and underground mines.
