Ludovic’s expertise lies in leading project development studies from scoping to detailed design phases and operational monitoring, as well as the management of waste, water, industrial risks and occupational health and safety. He is skilled in technical multidisciplinary reporting and large-scale public communications for industrial projects.
His experience includes 8 years providing environmental, social and governance (ESG) consultancy services and 6 years on-site operational environmental, health and safety performance management for nickel and cobalt mining and processing operations in New Caledonia, with extensive stakeholder engagement (external and internal affairs).
