Manuel is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), with courses in technical and administrative orientation obtained in Peru and Japan. Manuel's areas of strength are in mine planning, project design and development with emphasis in environmental and social impacts. Manuel maintains strict control of projects in time and budget, and project and operation assessment, as well as a large network of relationships with key mining individuals, together with excellent relationships with community leaders, workers, and government authorities.
