Ralton Maree (MSc, BSc Hons) has more than 20 years of experience in the sustainability discipline within the mining industry.

Ralton has developed a robust understanding of sustainability issues throughout the mining value-chain and lifecycle. He has sound experience in the implementation of legislative and corporate performance standards and requirements, operational environmental management, mine closure rehabilitation planning and the integration of disciplines into Environmental Management Systems. Ralton’s contribution to the development and review of mine closure plans includes a sound understanding of physical, bio-physical and social aspects with respect to mine closure, via the application of a robust, systematic process-driven approach.
