Subrata specialises in target generation; identification of Kimberlite Indicator Minerals (KIM); planning and managing the early and advanced stage mineral exploration projects for multiple commodities (Diamond, Manganese, Chromite, Iron Ore, Gold, Base Metals and Bauxite). In the early part of his career, Subrata performed the role of exploration geologist and carried out geological mapping, supervision of drilling, geological logging, sampling, QAQC and database management for multiple commodities in different geological settings.
At SRK, Subrata leads the ground exploration team for large exploration projects and takes the responsibility of the exploration data QAQC and database management. In recent years, Subrata has been involved with managing exploration projects, Technical Due Diligence /Audits of mineral projects, geological modelling and Strategic Advisory for possible project acquisitions.
