Wesley has worked on projects on several continents; specifically in Thailand, Africa, Indonesia, as well as Australia; encompassing a variety of commodities, climates and tailings disposal methods. Wesley has been involved in numerous office and site-based projects, including options studies, site selection, embankment and buttress design work (scoping study through to detailed design), quantity and cost estimation, regulatory audit work, soil testing and construction supervision (CQA).
He is also a proficient user of a variety of software packages and is experienced in tailings deposition and embankment modelling, ArcGIS, and seepage and stability analyses.
