Yang obtained a bachelor's degree of mineral processing from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology and master's degree from Wuhan University of Science and Technology, respectively.
Before joining SRK, she engaged in ore feasibility study, preliminary design, construction drawing design and equipment procurement evaluation in Bluestar Lehigh Engineering Institute Co., Ltd and Nanchang Mineral Systems Co. Ltd.
Since joining SRK, Yang has participated in numerous due diligence and feasibility study projects of mining financing and M&A, involving domestic and foreign precious metals (gold, silver, etc.), non-ferrous metals (copper, lead, zinc, lithium ore, rare earth ore, etc.), ferrous metals (iron, chromium, etc.), and accumulated rich experience on technical review of mining project.
