Additionally, the workshop will share best practices for a detailed analysis of the variability in metallurgical properties of the ore as well as understanding of the importance of a communication between the various disciplines specialists within the mining project team. The discussion will include the following topics

- Data collection
- Sample selection
- Metallurgical testwork programme design
- Reduction of the research costs
- Data analysis and implementation in mine planning with the goal of reducing risks and achieving the expected profit from the Project
