The course will combine theoretical presentations with practical exercises and demonstrations, utilizing Micromine as the primary teaching platform.
This 2-day workshop will provide a high-level introduction to a typical Mineral Resource Estimation workflow, covering aspects including estimation domain design and modelling techniques, exploratory data analysis, data conditioning, geostatistical analysis, estimation approaches, block model validation techniques, Mineral Resource classification, and the importance of geology to all aspects of Mineral Resource Estimation.
Attendees will leave with a broad understanding of the fundamental processes and considerations involved in estimating Mineral Resources. All attendees will be provided with a full Micromine training license for the duration of the workshop.
Attendees will receive certificates of participation.
