SRK Consulting (U.S.) is pleased to announce that Colleen Kelley has joined the Tucson practice as a principal environmental consultant.
Colleen received her MSc in Mining Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and has an AAS in Paralegal Studies from Yavapai College in Prescott, Arizona. Colleen has nearly 40 years of professional experience in the mining industry. Her previous responsibilities include conducting environmental compliance and permitting activities for New Mexico and Arizona copper mines, drinking water and wastewater compliance assessments, due diligence reviews, and environmental permit assessments. She has also developed storm water management and well head protection plans, and has produced—and facilitated the implementation of—an environmental management system and statewide storm water management plan.
