Established in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1974 SRK Consulting has grown into an international organisation of engineers and scientists providing a comprehensive range of consulting services to resource industries with nearly
900 staff in 2009, in 37 offices in 16 countries.
SRK (UK) was established in Cardiff, Europe’s youngest capital city, in 1988 and we now employ over 60 full time technical specialists providing experienced support for all aspects of the natural resource industry. Though based
in the UK, we work on projects all over the world in conditions ranging from the tropics to the permafrost, on deposits as diverse as precious metals and iron ore, on grass roots exploration projects to operating and closing
mines and on projects large and small.
To celebrate our 21st anniversary, we hosted a gala evening at London’s prestigious venue, the iconic Tower Bridge. We were joined by clients, founding staff and old friends who helped us both to celebrate our coming of age and
discuss and develop our ideas for the future.
