Usukh Zoos’ Khurenshand coking coal project area is located in the Gurvantes Soum of South Gobi Province in southern Mongolia. SRK reviewed all components of the coal mine to develop a coal Resource model and Discounted Cash Flow model.
These provided the basis for an Independent Valuation Report in accordance with the Valmin Code (2015) and JORC Code (2012), which allowed Usukh Zoos to fund the project.
To prepare the report, SRK conducted a site visit, reviewed and assessed the technical parameters underpinning the project, and assessed the current open pit mining operation to develop a Comparable Transaction analysis.
