The purpose of the report was to provide the client with an independent technical assessment of the project in support of its proposed investment decision-making process. 

The primary focus of the Coal Reserves and mine planning evaluation was to review the deposit and independently estimate the mineable inventory to enable comparison to the stated Coal Reserves and LOM (life of mine) plan to be made.
