Neon Developments is proposing a new townhouse development on Erf 95 in Lorraine, Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. (refer to Appendix 13 for the locality of the site). The proposed development will involve the subdivision of erf 95 into thirty-two (32) separate portions, a public open space of 879 m², and an internal road. Each portion will be developed into a townhouse unit, featuring a residential dwelling, garden, driveway, and parking bay(s). Portion sizes will range from 302 m² to 521 m². The total development footprint, including the townhouse portions and the public open space, will be approximately 1, 56 hectares.
