Cristóbal has worked for SERNAGEOMIN (National Geology and Mining Service) on environmental geology, geological hazards, hydrogeology, and aquifer vulnerability to contamination. He also adds to his experience by being an advisor to CONAMA (National Environmental Commission of Chile) on these topics and their application in strategic environmental assessment for territorial planning.
Cristóbal lived in the United Kingdom for five years, where he worked for SRK UK on geotechnical projects for various mining companies in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea, and Russia.
Since 2010, he has been working at SRK Chile and has participated as a project leader in hydrogeological projects for various mining companies.
