Krishnendu Paul

Krishnendu specializes in geological mapping, structural interpretation, and complex fault system analysis, integrating exploration data into industry-standard reports.

He holds a Ph.D. in precipitation-induced landslides, where he simulated pore pressure conditions to analyse slope failures across India using advanced numerical modelling (MATLAB, FORTRAN). His research provided insights into delayed failure mechanisms in landslide dynamics.

Before joining SRK, Krishnendu gained two years of core mining experience as an Exploration Geologist, focusing on geological mapping, core logging, mineral prospecting, and assay QAQC. He also contributed to feed quality control, geological correlation, and database management.

At SRK, he works on exploration projects, conducting field data collection, litho-structural mapping, structural data interpretation, and structural modelling for an Iron Ore (Magnetite) project in Africa and a Chromite project in India.
