Michael has an MSc in Hydrogeology and is accredited as a Chartered Geologist with the Geological Society of London.
He has eight years’ experience in the mining industry and has worked on projects across the world, including Australia, the UK, Western Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He has been involved in numerous technical and environmental projects. Key projects include; the Curraghinalt project (Northern Ireland), the Yaramoko project (Burkina Faso), and the Mako project (Senegal).
His experience includes setting up field investigation programmes, developing groundwater models, assessment of environmental impacts from mining, and development of solutions for mine water management.
