Paula has been involved in projects such as tailings dams, soil and rockfill embankments, waste rock and tailings piles (trade-offs, conceptual, basic and executive), technological alternatives for tailings disposal and disposal, QA/QC in the construction of dams and piles, closure/decharacterization of geotechnical structures and mining infrastructure projects, as well as extensive experience in geotechnical governance, national and international dam safety reviews, being a FEAM-accredited dam auditor, with additional experience in compliance and operational analysis of emergency action plans for mining dams.
Since 2014, she has acted as engineer of records (EoR) for key mining clients, as well as working as a technical leader and managing geotechnical teams.
