Richard's hydrogeological expertise and interests focus on active mine water supply and dewatering, legacy metal mine treatment feasibility, and tracer testing. His fieldwork experience has involved oversight of RC, aircore and conventional DHH drilling operations, environmental/lithological sampling, aquifer testing and stream flow gauging.
Richard has regularly managed multidisciplinary projects valued at over A$200,000, working closely with clients on financial forecasting and progress reports. His experience across multiple sectors has honed his skills in project management, technical report writing, managing subcontractors and successfully engaging with stakeholders. He also has line management experience in which he has mentored and advocated for his direct reports’ career growth.
