We provide strategic advice and technical planning for exploration programmes, undertake specialist studies such as prospectivity assessments and mineral system modelling, and complete audits, valuations and evaluations to help clients maximise the potential of their projects. Our team of experienced geologists can conduct all aspects of “boots on the ground” geological field work, either independently or working as part of a client’s in-house team. As required, we can provide turnkey exploration solutions for the duration of a field season or extended programmes of work that may involve logistics, camp construction, technical training, and safety and security assessments, in addition to geological services.
Our strategies include improving client accessibility to SRK Exploration’s geologists through growing our branch offices in Johannesburg. We are expanding our collaborations with external partner organisations as part of a consortium advising governments on minerals sector reform and implementation of improved mineral exploration strategies and legislation in countries with under-developed mineral sectors. We remain committed to upholding exploration best practices in all our commissions, including the implementation of ESG to ensure mineral exploration progresses on a firm, sustainable footing.
