Neon Developments is proposing a new townhouse development on Erf 95 in Lorraine, Gqeberha, Eastern Cape - refer to Appendix A for the locality of the site. The proposed development will involve the subdivision of erf 95 into thirty-two (32) separate portions, a public open space of 879 m², and an internal road. Each portion will be developed into a townhouse unit, featuring a residential dwelling, garden, driveway, and parking bay(s). Portion sizes will range from 302 m² to 521 m². The total development footprint, including the townhouse portions and the public open space, will be approximately 1.56 hectares
